Pack the Footwear
Place the shoes in their original brand box and secure them inside a shipping mailer, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse team completes a quality check, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your replacement pair will be dispatched.
